Job Summary:
Sales and Brand Commercial Profit
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve the revenue targets for the store and target brand productivity metric
- Attend to brand requirements and customers both in store and for the site visit.
- Actively seeks ways to achieve or exceed shop sales targets by getting external leads for the business.
- Monitor and control expenses (overtime, local, stock and consumables) via efficient store operations
- Interpret and act on operational profit and sales reports generated through finance
- Monitor previous sales performances and budget on a daily/weekly basis and give feedback to managers
House Keeping and Store Standards:
- Maximize & contribute to sales in the store through exceptional customer service & retail experience
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed to standard layout norms (product placement, signage, neat and well folded, arranged in order from smallest to largest, hanged bed, table display items be steamed, brand wise, size wise etc)
- Ensure all products are price tagged and priced/bar-coded before display
- Ensure correct rotation of stock on shelves and assist in accurate stock counts as per store requirements
- Ensure all stock administration (stock count, inter branch transfer, dispatch and delivery) are recorded on the system in time, accurately and correctly categorized.
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and grooming etiquettes maintained in store at all times
- Help store interior designer and/or showroom manager in product placement and arrangement
- Understand and utilize all reports required for the day-to-day functioning of each store
- Carry out linked selling i.e., understand the customer’s need and close the deal
Store Merchandise / Merchandising:
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the merchandise/ products stocked in the store
- Ensure promotions and fast selling lines are featured in the store.
- Ensure effective stock replenishment and assure continuous stock availability, ongoing recovery & maintenance
Customer Service:
- Responsible for greeting and meeting all customers promptly and politely as they enter the store
- Provide customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising principles within the stores
- Effectively deal with customer queries and complaints
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Work Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years experience and should have worked with high-end luxury brands in Dubai or UK in Sales and marketing field with luxury brands only, such as high-end jewelry and/or arts items, and collector items.
- Having present exposure in the craft items explaining about the brand, and background of the items.
- Flexibility to travel is mandatory.Should be proactive in customer acquisitions or trade fairs experience.
